About Us

I was 14 years old and purchased my first betta, he was a blue veiltail and I was in awe of his bright colour and flaring. Back in 1998, we didn’t have many options in colour and fin type which I refer to as the “A or B option” only.

This didn’t stop me as one betta led to another, and before you know it, I was in my early teen years with a bedroom full of bettas which has led me to where I am today.

We in the hobby have so many options in today’s market, we can choose from numerous fin types, colours, shapes, and sizes as the list seems endless thanks to top respected betta breeders who pushed the boundary to create what we can select today.

A very well-known Thai breeder once said to me ‘you can always look at a betta and notice the difference in quality’ this advice will always stick with me as my aim will always be to select healthy premium bettas.
