Please follow the below instructions, this is very important information to help ensure your betta settles into their new home.
ACCLIMATION
Place your unopened bag in the tank water for approximately 45 minutes, this lets the temperature in both your bag and your tank be at the same temperature and avoids your betta going into shock if the temperature is not equal to where it should be.
After the acclimation period, remove your betta from their bag and gently place them into their tank (do not place the water from the bag into the tank)
MY BETTA LOOKS STRESSED:
All bettas react to shipping differently, as they can become very stressed or look lethargic, we recommend letting your betta settle for 24 hours from acclimation. Your betta should start colouring up after this time.
DO I FEED MY BETTA AFTER ACCLIMATION?
Do not feed your betta after the acclimation process, we recommend not feeding your betta after shipping for approximately 24 hours.
