DOA Policy

We understand the importance of dispatching live fish and take great precaution when packing orders for delivery via express shipping.

​In the unfortunate circumstance of a DOA, please let us know within 1 hour from the delivery time shown via the Australia Post tracking. Please provide a short 30sec video of the fish still in the unopened bags on the day of their arrival (pictures will not be accepted).

Without a video we cannot validate that your fish is DOA, and your claim will become invalid. For all DOA claims please email us at indothaibettas@outlook.com.au  or send us your video via our Facebook or Instagram business pages.

We do not take responsibility for any parcels left outside at time of delivery. We do ask you keep up to date with the process of your parcel (tracking number is provided at time of dispatch)

Our DOA policy is for all express shipping orders only. All orders which are collected are non-refundable.

Once we verify and validate your claim, we will offer you a 100% refund on your betta only. Our shipping fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.
